Filter bag cage is the rib of filter bag, it should be light and easy for installation and maintenance. The quality of a cage has directly bearing on the filtering state and service life of a filter bag. Every cage we make can meet the requirement for tightness, smoothness and uprightness.

Surface treatment of cage framework:

It roughly divided into three ways: phosphating,galavanized processing,organic silcon powder electrostatic spray coating.

In the past,we often use stainless steel 316L as the material of framework in the bad condition of power plant,waste incineration plant.Due to the cost is so high,the customer can’t accept it.In recent two years,we use carbon steel as raw material,the surface use imported organic silcon powder electrostatic spray coating.The cost of this type is much cheaper than stainless steel,and it is anticorrosion, thermostability.Now it is popular used by users,and got high praise from them.
